We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Business Owner. This role involves a variety of tasks, including assisting with projects and ensuring smooth operations fully onsite at our property. Our ideal candidate is fun, bubbly and has experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct walkthroughs with guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
Assist in maintaining the property’s appearance for the owner and guests.
Assist with setting up events as needed.
Maintain flexibility in scheduling, as tasks may vary from week to week, including weekends.
Manage and organize all incoming emails. Keeping the owner in the loop of emails, categorize and filter all important emails.
Learn and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to assist with managing contacts and communication.
Represent the owner in responding to events and inquiries, maintaining professionalism at all times.
