Pool Company - Office Staff

We are looking to bring a hard worker, motivated, fast learner, excellent communicator that can work in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including:

Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: Data entry, answering phones, acknowledging emails in a timely manner and work closely with Management.

Shipping/Receiving (heavy lifting)

Inventory

Monitor Vehicles

Quick books Enterprise

Outlook

Word/Excel

Required Skills:

Must have excellent oral and written communicational skills, sufficient to provide routine information, answer inquiries and/or refer calls. Attention to detail and ability to solve problems related to duties of the job.

Previous Swimming Pool business knowledge or Service Company experience REQUIRED!
