CV Management is seeking a reliable, organized secretary to join our property management office in Hollywood.
Position: Secretary
Location: Hollywood
Type: Full-time 8am to 4pm
Mon-Friday
Also available 8:00 am to 1:00 pm part time
And second position 1:00-4:00 pm part time
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations
Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication
Support property management staff with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Word and other computer programs
Perform general administrative tasks and light data entry
Maintain organized files and records
Requirements:
Experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word; familiarity with additional programs is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle office duties efficiently
Basic experience in property management is helpful but not required
