We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide our clients with administrative support and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
-Work with the different Departments as needed
- Perform clerical tasks such as online filing, mailings, scanning
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing client information
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Experience working at the front desk in an office setting
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling inquiries effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
