JOB DESCRIPTION
Call installer leads for assigned facilities to schedule appointments as well as send and collect documents for credentialing. (No Cold Calling)
Responsible for filtering through incoming calls to pre-qualify installers and to negotiate rates as needed.
Provide updates and track installer information in USIG's proprietary software.
Following up with installers until they are fully on-boarded and approved to work.
Communicating with the mgmt. team in the facilities and at the corporate office, as well as with potential installers
Data Entry new leads and updating existing lead information
Scan and upload any documents collected from installers.
Support Operations Managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of Customer Service experience, previous recruiting experience and any sales experience will be a strong plus.
Spanish speaker is a huge plus
Must have a strong phone presence and the ability to follow up.
Ability to develop leads through direct solicitation techniques.
Strong computer skills (required MS Outlook).
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting pay $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
