Electrical contractor seeking a candidate to fill the position of secretary/office manager. Work hours will be 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Punctuality is a must.
Some responsibilities among others will include administrative office duties, filing, invoicing, collections, data entry, payroll, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
The qualified candidate will be proficient in the following:
QuickBooks (Do not apply without experience)
Textura/Oracle
Procore
AIA billing
AR/AP
Payroll
MS Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, Office365
Knowledgeable with permitting and inspections in South Florida
Good organizational skills
Able to multitask
Punctual/reliable
Able to work 40 hrs per week with the occasional OT
Fluent in English and Spanish
Self motivated and able to work without direct supervision
Good telephone skills and customer relations
Construction knowledge a plus
