Full-Time Office Assistant - Commercial Property (1099 Contractor)
Commercial Property Management office in Oakland Park seeks a dependable, friendly, and organized Office Assistant to start ASAP.
The Role: You will be the point of contact for our tenants, requiring patience and a positive attitude. Duties include phone work (answering, screening, message taking), data entry, document creation, file maintenance, and general administrative support.
Key Requirements:
- MUST be dependable and professional.
- Strong English communication skills (Bilingual a plus!).
- Computer experience essential (data entry).
- Familiarity with social media platforms is important.
Bonus: Experience with MS Office 365 and QuickBooks.
Details:
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Permanent Position)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hour (Based on experience)
Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)
