Minimum Job Requirements:
Fluent in English
Hold Associate degree at a minimum. Bachelors degree is a strong plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Adobe Pro.
High proficiency in Excel is preferred
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is highly preferred
Ability to use software and web applications.
At least two years of general office experience
Creativity and out of box thinking is a very strong plus.
Exceptional communication skills and positive motivated attitude is highly required
. Must be able to work from the office (this is not a remote position)
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Prepare weekly and monthly task reports to be delivered to clients
Review and report on timesheet system.
Provides general clerical support to an office, to include such tasks as data entry/maintenance, copying/distributing documents and materials, maintaining record-keeping and filing systems, etc.
Assist in hiring engineers and other staff members for the firm
Follow instructions and perform document annotation
Select appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures or makes simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals.
Provides secretarial and administrative support to an upper-level manager.
Follow instructions on document annotation.
Ability to communicate well to peers and supervisors on training and ask questions.
