Duties
- Manage the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to facilitate timely transactions.
- Review contracts for compliance with guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and ensure adherence throughout the transaction process.
- Process listing files after contract execution.
- Enter new listings and closings in the company software and follow up accordingly.
- Prepare other transaction-related documents.
- Monitor closing files
- Schedule closings and ensure all necessary documents are completed for agent commission payments.
- Deposit commission checks from closings.
Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proven ability to handle 30+ transactions at a time efficiently. (ideal)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
