Elite Riverview Apartments - Property Manager / Maintenance Technician Wanted (Miami, Fla 33125)
Elite Riverview Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager / Maintenance Manger to live onsite for one of our apartment communities ( 70 units) in Miami, FL area. The Maintenance Technician performs service duties and coordinates activities of workers/vendors to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property is completed in an efficient manner.
Job Description: To be responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and apartment units in all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance of the community. Essential duties AND responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1) Perform maintenance on all HVAC units and appliances, and ability to coordinate warranty repairs if necessary.
2) Perform electrical repairs, plumbing work, painting, carpentry work.
3) Refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy.
4) Painting, cleaning, drywall repair.
5) Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, refurbishing, annual inspections, inventories.
6) Other responsibilities as determined and delegated by the Property Manager/Owner.
