Property management company looking for a field representative to help conduct move in and move out inspections with tenants at various properties throughout Broward County (Pompano/Ft Lauderdale/West Sunrise/ Coral Springs). Room for growth if you are hard working and reliable.
Assistant Property Management Position
-Must be bilingual (large percentage of tenants speak spanish)
-Reliable transportation
-Real Estate experience is helpful but not necessary
-Must live in central Broward County
-This is an outdoor position driving from property to property doing inspections and not a sit down office job.
Scope of Work
-44 Hours a week (m-f and half day Saturday)
-Conduct move in meetings with tenants
-Conduct move out inspections once tenants move out
- Change locks once tenant moved out
- Create a take off of damages once tenant leaves for security deposit issues
- Take listing photos of rental properties
- Coordinate with office and field staff and be the eyes and ears of the office.
Total Pay is $1000 per week including $75 gas allowance.
