Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday 9:30am-6pm

Painter/Pool Attendant

Position overview: The Painter/Pool Attendant is responsible for painting the common areas of the property, mainly looking for expertise on sheetrock repairs. Other duties will consist of operating the pool facilities, skimming vacuuming pool ensuring all pool areas are always tidy. All while providing exceptional customer service to all residents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Preparing and painting surfaces of building structures, using proper Application techniques

Measuring lengths of surfaces to determine quantity of paint needed

Plastering or spackling surfaces, mixing paint colors to match existing colors and applying paint to all building and equipment surfaces with brushes, rollers and spray guns

Cleans brushes, tools and other equipment.

Manage and Control Pool Towel Service

Service at the Pool – Umbrellas, water station, Lounge Chair Towel setup

Greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, deliver consistent guest service, exceed guest expectations, and provide all other supporting services.

Clearing used towels, and trash.

Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the property.

Monitoring the activity of residents and ensuring their safety.

Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.

Managing the swimming pool cleaning schedule and performing daily inspections.

Periodic Towel Inventory and Stock requisition

Daily walkthrough inspection of facility and Checklist

Qualifications:

H.S Diploma is required

Highly reliable and punctual

Customer Service-oriented

At least 1 year of general experience in painting and building (preferably in a condo, HOA, residential or hotel setting).

Ability to ascend and descend a ladder.

Knowledge of safety hazards and necessary safety precautions sufficient to be able to establish a safe work environment for self and others.

Knowledge of pool facilities such as length and depth of all pools.

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Able to perform physical labor in harsh weather conditions.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
