We are seeking a responsible and motivated Realtor Estate Assistant to join our team in the Miami Beach area. The ideal candidate will be available to work part-time, approximately 25 hours a week, and assist with various real estate tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and property viewings
- Assisting with paperwork and documentation
- Conducting property research
- Maintaining and updating listings
- Providing general administrative support
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Must be detail-oriented and reliable
