Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of fix and flip projects from start to finish ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to facilitate renovations, ensuring quality work and adherence to schedules.
- Inspection and Accountability: Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project timelines. Address any issues promptly.
- Budget Management: Track expenses and ensure projects remain within budget; report discrepancies.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with team members, stakeholders, and investors, providing regular updates on project status.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a project manager in the real estate or construction industry is a plus, specifically in fix and flip projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a commission-only environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, offering significant earning potential based on project success.
Bonus offered for meeting certain goals.
This is mostly remote opportunity, but would require a drive by projects 1-2 times a week.
