My name is Bryan Russo. I own a law firm and a real estate portfolio and I'm looking for a full-time property manager/executive assistant to be my right hand. The job will include anything related to managing my properties (basic property management), buying, remodeling and selling real estate, lending funds, and anything required in my, my girlfriend, or my dog's personal life! Location: Must live within 30 minutes of Brickell
Job Type: Hybrid work from home/coffee shops with me/office. Some light travel may be required - expenses paid.
Compensation: 50,000/year
Schedule: Full-time. Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM (some light management responsibility after hours)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing rental properties, sending leases, writing notices, handling tenants, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Scheduling appointments, managing emails, and keeping things ultra-organized. Serving as a buffer for anything that comes my way.
Handling financial records, invoices, and reports
Assistance in running my law firm
Running personal errands, helping in personal matters
What I'm Looking For:
Experience in property management (2 years minimum)
Experience with Mac, Microsoft Word & Excel
Excellent communication & customer service, good presence
Tech-savvy – basic knowledge of property management software is a plus
Reliable, trustworthy, and resourceful – I need someone who gets things done and solves problems!
Requirements:
Must be FULLY proficient in ENGLISH and bilingual/able to speak Spanish
Have own vehicle and license
