SEEKING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (No experience needed to start.)
Property management company in Tamarac, FL is seeking to hire a property management assistant for an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. No experience needed to start. On the job training. Growth potential within the company.
Job Description includes but is not limited to the following duties:
Assist the Senior Property Managers with daily operations.
Communicate with tenants.
Communicate with vendors and coordinate maintenance requests.
Follow up with rent payments.
Visit and inspect the properties.
Draft documents (Leases, notices, letters, reports, etc.).
Carry out any administrative tasks assigned by management.
Perform office tasks and errands.
Specific duties may vary depending on the season and organization's needs.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish. (Speaking, writing and reading).
Must have a valid and active driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation and drive when necessary. Must be able to drive for at least one hour. (Mileage and tolls will be reimbursed).
Proficient in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excell, Outlook).
Must be able to carry / lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand / walk for at least 1 hour.
Must be able to use stairs up and down.
Must be able to be exposed to outside elements.
Schedule:
30 hours a week (With potential to be upgraded to 40 hours a week).
Monday to Friday.
Compensation: $18 per hour.
Experience: No experience needed to start. On the job training. Growth potential within the company.
Work Location: On premise job. 80% office, 20% on the field.
