We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage all aspects of SHORT TERM RENTALS, including customer service, setting competitive rental rates based on factors like location, seasonality, and local events to meet the company's monthly occupancy goals, maintaining resident quality, and ensuring customer service expectations are met. Experience is a MUST!
The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to guests, prospective clients, and hotel vendors. Familiarity with AIRBNB, BOOKING.COM, VRBO and other rental platforms is required.
This is a full-time position. Availability to respond to booking requests during evenings and weekends is required, if necessary. You will also need to conduct detailed walkthroughs after each checkout. Reliable transportation is a must.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a rental property. Their duties include and not limited to:
-Maintenance: Ensuring the property is clean and well-maintained, and scheduling regular maintenance visits
-Pricing: Setting competitive rental rates based on factors like location, seasonality, and local events
-Guest services: Handling guest inquiries and complaints, and providing a smooth check-in and check-out experience
-Property management: Overseeing property listings, coordinating bookings, and managing the property calendar
-Property inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure the property meets quality standards
-Supplier management: Ensuring the property has the necessary supplies
-Communication: Developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, and communicating with guests
-Financial management: preparing financial reports
Qualifications:
Languages: English and Spanish a must!
Customer-focused approach
AIRBNB, Booking.com, and other booking platforms experience or a fast learner to all platforms
1-2 years sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication skills
High-energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment
Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
Great with people - warm, friendly, patient and helpful in person and on the phone
Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
Basic understanding of MS Office and Excel
Basic understanding of GOOGLE functions, such as the DRIVE
High School Diploma or equivalent
