We are looking for the right person to join our team who can fill the processing and closing duties for a mid-size Title Company. Must have title insurance experience and excellent communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities. Title Agency and Real Estate Law Firm. Ideal Title Processor Candidate shall be knowledgeable with the entire closing process and be able to take a file from inception through post-closing on all residential real estate closing. Ideal Candidate shall have minimum 1-2 years’ experience minimum working for a title company or real estate law office.

Requirements
Spanish speaking is required Bilingual/ English/Spanish.
Knowledge of Closing View software
Experience ordering loan payoffs and lien letters,
knowledge of title documents, HUD-1's, CD's and post-closing requirements
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Reviewing real estate contract for completeness
-Create file in our Qualia portal
-Order title work and follow up on additional requirements
-Request missing information
-Order payoffs, HOA, tax and water information
-Work with lenders to balance figures and draw documents
-Balance accounting on each file
-Prepare file for presentation
-Follow up on any post-closing issues
