We are relentless in creating the absolute best, prioritize performance, focus on functionality, and breed style. We create confident and comfortable wardrobe essentials that are timeless, luxurious, and designed to compete.
Our store team members stand for and are the pulse of our brand. We are seeking part-time brand ambassadors who embody the REDVANLY culture, customer experience and lifestyle.
Have an interest and knowledge of golf, racquets, sport in general. Golf is where we are best known. Our unique, pull-on designed Hanover Short and Kent Pant put us on the map in the golf world, but our complete collection is pure luxury.
Able to converse in genuine conversation and develop relationships to turn each customer into a loyal client and fan of the brand.
Educate customers about the brand, product, fabrics.
Have excellent selling and wardrobing skills.
Able to evaluate customer needs and lead them to the best style and size choice.
Able to carry out tasks promptly and effectively.
Create a warm and welcoming environment to create the best customer experience.
Share a team mindset. Communicate clearly, support others and follow directives.
Professional, accountable, punctual, respectful, and honest.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic by taking initiative and contributing to projects and goals.
Have an interest in athletic fashion and style trends.
Able to adapt to needs, situations and prioritize accordingly.
Detail oriented.
Understand the importance of a well merchandised, meticulous, and aesthetically pleasing store.
Contribute to general store maintenance, cleanliness & upkeep.
Support leadership initiatives to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
Flexible to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, holidays, and events.
Capable and willing to perform all POS, opening and closing tasks.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Three or more years of retail experience needed. Background in golf or country club a plus.
Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
