About Us:
We are a fast-growing wholesale company seeking a detail-oriented and creative Packing, Shipping & Digital Design Associate to join our team. This hybrid role is essential to ensuring that our customers receive accurate, well-packed orders while also keeping our labeling, packaging, and product visuals sharp and professional. Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and label wholesale orders for shipping
Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy
Maintain warehouse organization and inventory
Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Google Mail) to track shipments and communicate with the team
Operate Bartender label software to design, update, and print product/shipping labels
Create and edit digital designs for labels, packaging, and simple marketing materials (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
Ensure brand consistency across product labels and packaging
Follow standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency
Collaborate with the team to improve packaging and branding visuals
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills and experience with Google Suite
Basic to intermediate digital design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
Familiarity with or willingness to learn Bartender label software
Detail-oriented, creative, and organized
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and take initiative
Prior warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience helpful but not required
