About the Role
This is not a traditional “eCommerce Manager” role—it’s broader and more hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wears multiple hats. We’re looking for a proactive and versatile individual to take ownership of our digital storefront on Shopify:
Fulfilling online orders: Printing, preparing, packing, shipping, photographing, listing items online, shipping claims, refunds, and communicating with customers while assisting with a wide range of marketing and operational tasks.
You will oversee the performance of our online store, digital campaigns, support general office and marketing activities as part of a collaborative team.
Optimize site content, product listings, troubleshoot site issues and ensure smooth operation of digital systems.
Set up and monitor automated email flows and remarketing sequences, Stay updated on eCommerce and digital marketing trends to apply new ideas, Support the team with design, promotions, and campaign development.
What We’re Looking For
Experience with Shopify: shipping, packing, troubleshooting, inventory control and upload, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Semrush, etc.).
Self-motivated and reliable with a team-first attitude.
Open-minded and adaptable—you embrace change and are eager to grow.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Willingness to be involved across departments as needed.

Requirements
Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
Must be able to lift over 30 pounds, bend-over and move materials as required.
We are looking for a responsible, outgoing personality individual, someone with charisma, smart, used to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience managing Shopify
Familiarity with basic SEO and content management principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Analytical mindset with a desire to test, improve, and optimize.
Must be open-minded, coachable, and team-oriented.
