COMPENSATION: : $15/hr Raises to $16 in 30 - 90 days based on your success.

All around general office management, customer communications, order processing/packing and shipping supply management. Never a dull moment, fast paced, interesting and a different field with an opportunity to learn.

Main Tasks:
Assist with Fulfilling orders: Pack and Ship products
Manage Warehouse: Keep Organized
Pack and Prep pallets.
Coordinate and manage shipping schedules and logistics
Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on time
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping issues
Qualifications:
Must be able to work with and relate to all types of customers, understand their needs, and align them with our website.
Articulate speaking, and active listening skills needed.
E Commerce experience with strong computer skills is preferred.
Self motivation and a strong ability to find solutions to daily challenges in a fast paced environment.
Must have your own reliable vehicle.
We are a fast paced, rapidly growing E commerce company- looking for someone who is sharp, friendly, articulate, versatile, flexible and hardworking.
Previous Commerce experience with strong computer skills is a big plus.
Working and playing well with others is essential.
A good candidate is very detail oriented with strong follow up skills.
Computer Skills: Dropbox, Excel, Word
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum High School Diploma.
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred - but not required.
