We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Growth Coordinator to manage inventory, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure the smooth operation of our e-commerce tattoo supply business. This role also involves identifying and developing new sales channels to help grow the business. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to earn a percentage commission on revenue generated from new channels they establish.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Management:
Track stock levels and manage incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to prevent discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
Package and ship orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
Verify that orders contain the correct products and quantities.
Operational Support:
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to optimize fulfillment.
Coordinate with suppliers on incoming shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues.
Resolve operational challenges as they arise.
Growth & Sales Development:
Identify, develop, and launch new sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, distributors, partnerships).
Collaborate on strategies to increase visibility and revenue.
Earn commission on new revenue generated through channels you establish.
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.
Ability to multitask and solve problems independently.
Comfortable lifting and moving packages (up to 50 lbs).
Basic computer skills, with experience using e-commerce platforms or inventory systems as a plus.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
