Plant/Rock Retail Nursery
Part Time to Full Time position available
The job consist of being in the shop cleaning, organizing, stocking inventory, and attending customers
Responsibilities:
1. Take care of clients when in shop.
2. Advise clients and help them to load material into their vehicles.
3. Help clients to cash out.
4. Organize inventory, making sure the products are clean and presentable for sale.
5. Clean Nursery area. Be able to use a weed wacker, and deweed plants when needed,Be able to use loader and other equipment as needed.
6. Stay active and alert to help out coworkers and clients.
7. Able to report low quantities of inventory
8. Punctual and dependable.
9. Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping surroundings organized and clean.
Requirements:
1. Bilingual abilities: English and Spanish (basic conversational Spanish at a minimum) Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
2. Fast learner able to learn item names and prices
3. Able to work in a team
4. Ability to lift 50lbs. following safety procedures
5. Must be able to work outside in the sun
6. Be able to multitask
Preferred
1. Florida drivers license
2. High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
3. Able to work part time on Sunday
Job Type: Full-time to Partime
Schedule: Flexible, mainly needed during the following times:
Monday 8:00am to 5:15pm
Tuesday 9:00am to 5:15pm
Wednesday 9:00am to 5:15pm
Thursday off
Friday off
Saturday 9:00am to 5:15pm
Sundays 8:00am to 1pm
Salary: Negotiable pay by skill $13 - $20
