Jupiter, FL based Commercial AV Integrator seeking an experienced AV professional to program, commission and troubleshoot commercial AV systems. This position will also assist the service department. Some travel is required. We are a small, but growing company cultivating a family environment.

Duties:
Work with Project Managers to define system requirements before programming
Review project drawings and confirm design is correct
Write program code as required to ensure the proper integration and operation of systems
Install, test and debug operating code and ensure proper operation of the system in preparation for installation
Programmer will provide support for Lead Installers and Service Department
Ability to:
Understand AV signal flow and ability to read and understand signal flow diagrams
Load program code and troubleshoot system components and operate AV systems
Organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing regularly with colleagues and customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations and take responsibility for a high level of service
Work independently and effectively on multiple tasks while exhibiting a high level of attention to detail and patience
Independently research information for problem solving
Troubleshoot complex audio, video, switching and control systems issues
Accurately read and interpret drawings and site plans
Qualifications:
5 years experience in Audio Visual system installation and/or integration
3 years experience in programming of Crestron and Q-SYS control systems
Possess certification credentials for AV installation technician such as AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
Superior customer service and support skills
Experience in installing and/or configuring video conferencing products
Experienced in tuning commercial sound systems and fluent in two or more of the following programs Smaart, L’Acoustics Network Manager, Q-Sys, Biamp Tesira
Experienced in IP and network configuration
Crestron Programmer Certification(s)
