We're a tight group of technology masters that's expanding and in need of another full-time tech for office & on-site work in Miami.
More precisely, techs experienced in Windows network design & support or wired/wireless network design & support, for our business clients from 25 to 200 users.
The position is a Tier2 Support Technician, handling network & software deployments as well as more intricate support issues.

Key skills you have to really do great with us:
At least 4yrs actual tech work experience, since this is a mid-level position, not entry-level learning.
Basic Certifications: A+, Network+ and Svr 2012R2 or newer is a plus.
Knows the desktop side in your sleep- reinstalls, removing malware, moving apps/data etc.
Definitely understands the core fundamentals of how things work, and able to apply that so you can come up with brilliant solutions to uncommon problems without needing google every time (but google is still awesome)
Enjoys helping others - at the end of the day, this is really why we do this!Great English is required, Spanish (bilingual) is desired.
Specifically for the Tier2 Tech position:
Fine with Windows Server admin (AD, GPOs, Domain migrations, etc.)
Good familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration - users, roles, policies, mailboxes, etc.
Comfortable with the basics of enterprise firewalls (like Sonicwall/Fortinet/Watchguard), with their layered firewall policies, content filtering and IPSec VPNs.
Some project management experience.
Autotask, Datto, Fortigate experience a plus.
Ability tocommunicate preciselyand Punctuality are essential. You'll also need your own reliable transportation, pass a background check & drug screening, and be eligible to work here, since we stick to the well-behaved Pros.
