We are seeking a Computer Technician to provide technical support to multiple clients. This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity of various clients IT systems. The ideal individual can work independently and within a team when necessary.

Qualifications Skills Required:

Must be able to manage there time and work alone.

English is a must.

Troubleshooting & Installation of Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and 11.

Virus removal.

Computer repair and assembly.

Basic understanding of networking. Routers Firewalls Switches

Understanding of Wireless 802.11a/b/g/n.

Knowledge of Active Directory and how to add and delete users.

Must be able to lift 40lbs or more.

Provide customer service to staff.

(Fluent in English is required)

Required Skills

Experience with Office365 preferred.

Experience with VOIP.

Experience with Server.

Experience with UNIFI

Experience with Fortinet Fortigate

Cisco & Non-Cisco Networking Ubiquiti Networking Cable Terminations Remote IT Support (Screenconnect) VLAN Configuration Experience running wires Ethernet terminations Microsoft server domains PC Tech Support Apple Tech Support Exchange Servers Active Directory Quickbooks Support Patch Panel Termination Rack Wiring Adobe Photoshop Microsoft Office

Must have reliable transportation
