As an IT Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities. You will focus on promoting our internet, telephone, and network services to prospective clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound sales calls.
Present and promote our suite of internet, telephone, and network services to potential clients.
Understand client needs and tailor customized IT solutions to meet their requirements.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to strategically position our offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT sales, preferably within internet, telecom, or network services.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including internet services, telephony, VoIP, and networking solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions clearly.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-lasting client relationships.
