Account Manager - SECURITY

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Supervise, schedule, and support security officers assigned to client sites.

Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations.

Recruit, train, and develop security personnel as needed.

Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare reports, staffing plans, and operational updates for management and clients.

Assist with budgeting, payroll, and administrative tasks related to assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in security management, account management, or related field.

Valid D Security License (or ability to obtain).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and basic computer applications.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, or on-call as required.
