Position Overview:
We are seeking vigilant, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property at a private condominium in Miami. Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and demonstrate strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas through patrols and CCTV surveillance.
Control access to the premises; verify ID and guest authorization.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns with urgency and discretion.
Enforce community rules and regulations respectfully and consistently.
Prepare detailed daily activity reports and incident logs.
Assist in emergency evacuations and follow all property safety protocols.
Work closely with building management and local authorities when necessary.
Requirements:
Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required)
Minimum 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Professional appearance and courteous attitude
Able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Hispanic or American background is preferred to align with the community’s cultural familiarity and resident engagement needs.
Familiar with Miami’s residential security dynamics and multicultural environment.
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible shifts available (Day/Night/Weekend)
