Position: Front Desk Concierge Attendant
Shifts Available:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist residents and guests with professionalism and warmth.
Manage resident requests, including package handling, reservations, and service coordination.
Monitor and maintain lobby activity to ensure a welcoming and secure environment.
Provide concierge services such as local recommendations and amenity management.

Requirements:
Prior experience in concierge services
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish
Commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service.
Must have reliable transportation
Front desk/Hospitality experience is required.
