Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Security Operations to oversee all security operations in a high end international residential building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing established security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce manage security strategies, policies, and procedures with team
- Oversee security staff and provide leadership, guidance, and training
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure effective security monitoring
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
- Manage security incidents and conduct thorough investigations when necessary
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as Director/Head of Security in a residential building
-Native-level Spanish skills required
- Strong knowledge of surveillance technologies and security systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated experience in loss prevention strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
