We are seeking a polished, professional Security Rover/Concierge to join our elite team—someone who can ensure safety while delivering five-star hospitality.
Position Summary:
This hybrid role blends proactive security patrols with personalized concierge service. You will be the eyes and ears of our property while serving as a knowledgeable, approachable presence for guests, staff, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and random patrols throughout hotel property
Maintain a visible presence to deter and report suspicious activity
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
Provide concierge-style assistance with directions, luggage, local recommendations, and more
Monitor CCTV systems and maintain accurate security logs
Collaborate with front desk, valet, housekeeping, and engineering teams
Enforce property rules with discretion, professionalism, and empathy
Ensure guest comfort and safety at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Prior hospitality or luxury customer service experience preferred
Background in security, law enforcement, or military a plus
Impeccable grooming and communication skills
Calm under pressure with a guest-first mindset
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work varied shifts
Security license
