Job Description: responsible for patrolling the pool, clubhouse, the grounds around the clubhouse, golf course, pickle ball and tennis courts on a regular basis, checking identification to ensure that all personnel are residents of the Estates.
Ensuring that all the rules and regulations are followed when residents are using common areas.
Submit any violations and/or incidents to the supervisor.
Qualifications: customer service skills, first aid experience, security guard experience helpful. Detail oriented, quick in responding to trouble.
Working hours: Part-time position, Monday through Sunday.
