Professional established security agency is hiring. We are currently seeking road supervisors to serve our various clients throughout Dade and Broward counties.
Typical responsibilities include:
Visiting current properties
Answering the phone calls that may come in during the shift
Filling call offs
Training at various current clients and training new guards at those locations when necessary
Posting at locations if the site cannot be filled
Mobile patrols
Relaying important information between guards and management
Conducting post inspections and completing shift summary reports
Maintain a professional attitude with all interactions with clients, employees and security officers.
The selected candidate must have strong written, verbal communication skills, and computer skills, along with the ability to interact with individuals of varying backgrounds. Also, must have reliable transportation. Experience in security management is a plus, but not required.
