We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Representative to sell our beauty care products

to wholesale and retail accounts across the USA and internationally. This is an immediate-

start opportunity with a rapidly growing brand! Explore the products you’ll be representing

Compensation in TOWN:

Local State Market: $160/day (Flat rate) - $20 per hour for 8 hours/day + $40 daily for car

expenses (as you’ll be using your vehicle).

Sales Commission: 1% commission on total sales.

Technology Support: An iPad will be provided from Day 1 for all business-related tasks.

This tablet is company property and must be returned upon separation from the company.

Compensation out of TOWN: Travel that required Hotel stay

This applies to any trip where you would have to stay or sleep in a hotel.

$200/day (Flat rate) - $25 per hour for 8 hours/day + $40 daily for car expenses (as you’ll

be using your vehicle) or We will provide vehicle for out of State Travels.

Hotels will be booked for your out-of-town stays. We will also book hotels with free

breakfast or prepaid breakfast, which we cover when creating your hotel booking.

A meal allowance of $40 per day is provided for meals during out-of-town travel only

when visiting business accounts.

Compensation for Trade Show Event:

$200/day (Flat rate) - $25 per hour for 8 hours/day + $40 daily for car expenses if your

vehicle is being used or take or we will provide rental

Flights, if needed, would be booked by your Sales Manager.

Ubers from Airport to Business event at business site only will be covered by the company

or a car rental will be provided. You will need your own credit card upon rental, but we will

prepay all. (we do not cover any travel to and from airport you will need to make your own

arrangements)

Hotels will be booked for your out-of-town stays. We will also book hotels with free

breakfast or prepaid breakfast, which we cover when creating your hotel booking.

At trade shows, we as a team eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner together, in which case, the

Team Executive will cover the cost for all three meals for everyone.

Travel & Schedule Requirements:

You will have 1 Week out of Town. Your Flight will depart Monday and return Friday. Every other week is mandatory for your markets.

Must be available to travel within your state markets to cover the entire region in a timely

manner, typically visiting each area once every 4-6 weeks.

Attendance at trade shows within the state or region is required as part of the position.

Additional attendance at major trade shows outside your region may be requested,

especially for events that are beneficial in attaining larger retail accounts.

Responsibilities:

Manage existing accounts and develop new ones.

When managing accounts in person, ensure positioning posters and all opportunities are

maximized.

Conduct sales calls, send emails, and close deals.

Visit stores, wholesalers, and clients in person.

Travel in-state and out-of-state for client visits.

Attend trade shows and events both in the U.S. and internationally.

Drive sales growth through direct outreach and relationship-building.

Growth Opportunities at Major Trade Shows in and out of Country:

We attend many major trade show events outside of your market, providing opportunities

to gain major accounts. Attendance is invite-only by your Sales Manager, and only top Sales

Reps are selected for these events.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience (required).

Must have your own vehicle (for local visits).

Proficiency with email, Excel, PDFs, and general online tools.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English (Spanish, Arabic, Korean, or other languages are a plus).

Quick learner with new technologies.

Clear driving record (verified).

Must be 25+ years old.

Bonus:

Position Overview:

Job Hours: 8 hours daily managing and visiting accounts. 9am start time daily ( No partial

work days allowed)

Daily Check-ins: Morning and afternoon check-ins with your Manager are required.

Sales Target: A minimum of $15,000 in sales is required during the first month.

Order Management: Use your smartphone device to take orders for the first month; an

iPad can be provided afterward if needed.

Quarterly Route Tours: Participate in city route tours with your Manager every quarter.

Pay Structure:

o Bi-weekly pay, with pay periods running from Sunday to Saturday.

o Payments are processed on Monday and should reach your account by Wednesday at the

latest.

Commission: Paid in the first paycheck of each month for payments received during that

period.
