If you’re driven, reliable, and hungry for success, this is the perfect opportunity. Unlike typical call center roles, you’ll be working with consistent inbound traffic. No cold calling, no chasing dead leads, no guessing. ALL INBOUND CALLS.
Calls are coming in Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and agents are encouraged to work 7–8 focused hours within that window. This allows you to pick a schedule that fits your life while still taking advantage of steady traffic. During the ACA Open Enrollment period, our weekend hours open up even more chances to maximize your pay. You can work in-office or fully remote, depending on your preference.
