Account Representative – General Contractor Services (Multifamily / Rental Communities Focus)

Location: Miami -Fort Lauderdale.

Broward - West Palm Beach

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $2,500 - $3,000 monthly base salary + Commissions + Bonus. Around $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Join Our Sales Team – Be the Face of RIVA in Your Territory!

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Account Representative to join our growing Sales Department. An Account Representative is a professional responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with a company’s existing clients or accounts. They serve as the main point of contact between the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.

Handle requests, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Build long-term relationships and foster client loyalty.

Responsible for generating potential business, identifying new project opportunities, and acquiring new clients.

Promote additional products or services when applicable.

Monitor account performance and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.

Manage and follow up on all projects sold within your assigned client portfolio.

Conduct weekly visits to assigned clients and potential leads closely to closing.

Prepare project estimates in accordance with RIVA’s policies and standards.

The first week of employment requires in-person attendance at the office.

Handle all customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to providing solutions.

Requirements to Work with RIVA Products and Services:

Previous Customer Service Experience, preferred but not required — experience in the construction or property services industry, is a plus.

Willingness to undergo a psychological assessment as part of the hiring process.

Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Customer-first mindset with a positive, solution-driven attitude.

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet targets.

Must have a computer

Must have a reliable internet connection

Must have a reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel within your territory.
