About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing sales professional with at least 3 years of sales experience to help companies grow through creative outdoor advertising solutions. This role offers hourly pay + commission + annual bonuses — perfect for high-performers who love the thrill of closing deals and being rewarded for results.
What You’ll Do:
-Prospect, qualify, and close new business (local & national).
-Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and marketing partners.
-Represent The Rolling Ads at networking, trade, and marketing events.
-Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
-Collaborate with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of proven sales experience (advertising/media a big plus).
-Experience in OOH, TV, radio, or digital ad sales preferred.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Outgoing, proactive, and goal-driven personality.
-Organized and confident representing the company at events.
