National Insurance Group is expanding our team and seeking motivated Appointment Setters to make outbound calls to our current policyholders to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling, and transfer qualified, interested customers to our licensed live agents.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales and communication skills who enjoy helping customers and contributing to a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound dial existing customers using our internal call lists
- Read the qualification script, build rapport and transfer calls to our licensed Insurance Agents
- Qualify interest and seamlessly transfer customers to licensed agents
- Track interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging tone
- Sales or call center experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Basic computer proficiency
