Job Overview:
As an Automotive Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the dealership, responsible for guiding customers through every step of their purchasing journey. From introducing potential clients to our luxury vehicle offerings to ensuring an unforgettable buying experience, you will play a key role in our dealership’s success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automobiles, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to close sales in a competitive, high-end market.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, recommending the best vehicles from our luxury inventory.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth presentations of vehicles, showcasing their features, benefits, and luxury aspects to educate customers and help them make informed decisions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business through personalized service and follow-up.
Sales Negotiation: Handle all aspects of the sales process, from negotiations to finalizing deals, while maintaining the dealership’s pricing structure and ensuring a smooth transaction for the customer.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep knowledge of the luxury brands and vehicles we offer, staying updated on new model releases, features, and trends in the automotive industry.
Customer Experience: Provide a world-class, consultative buying experience for every customer, ensuring their journey from inquiry to purchase exceeds their expectations.
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by networking, attending events, and leveraging dealership marketing resources to attract potential buyers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other dealership staff to meet sales targets and ensure seamless operations between departments (finance, service, etc.).
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups using CRM software. Regularly report on sales performance and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in automotive sales, preferably with experience in luxury or high-end vehicles, though we are open to those with a strong sales background in other industries.
Customer-Centric: A passion for providing a top-tier customer experience, with a strong ability to listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Knowledge or interest in luxury automobiles and an eagerness to learn about high-end vehicles and the brands we represent.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using CRM systems, dealership software, and basic office tools like Microsoft Office.
