Bilingual Customer Service / Sales
$40,000 - $42,000 a year – Plus Bonus - Full Time
Position Overview
We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based customer experience. This position will provide support to the sales team by assisting customers in addressing inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and swiftly resolving issues. With a deep understanding of what the company has to offer and a commitment to a positive and professional demeanor, you will excel in guiding customers on product usage and benefits. Collaborating with other departments, you will contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Requirement:
Prior sales experience
Prior customer service
Proficient in Excel
Proficient in QuickBooks
Experience with water filtration / injection pumps/ water processes a plus!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer inquiries to be directed to the correct department.
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the database system.
Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
Utilize product knowledge and understanding of customer preferences to make appropriate recommendations and suggestions.
Assist with billing and using QuickBooks!
· Help customers complete purchases online, over the phone, in person as well as returns.
· Process credit card payments.
· Perform other assignments as requested by the Manager.
· Follow up on leads.
· Replenishment of office supplies
· Send autoreplies and voice messages reminders on holidays.
