Job description
The Bilingual Sales Representative plays a key role in driving sales growth, building lasting customer relationships, and expanding our presence in domestic and export markets. This position requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, a deep understanding of wholesale operations, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to retailers, distributors, and business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts by developing strong, long-term client relationships.
Conduct outbound and inbound sales in both languages to meet and exceed sales targets.
Present and promote products to prospective buyers, distributors, and retailers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and follow-ups.
Answer phone calls and emails
Sell products to customer over the phone or face to face
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in wholesale, distribution, or sales preferred.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, QuickBooks, and Excel.
Knowledge of import/export processes and product merchandising is a plus.
