Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage data entry tasks. This position requires a self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to our business needs.
Responsibilities:
Call prospective clients to promote and sell our dumpster rental services.
Receive and process orders for new dumpster rentals.
Learn and understand our business operations to assist with dispatching as needed.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Handle other sales and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Native proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and data entry skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work on-site at our Miami location.
Ability to work the specified hours, including Saturdays.
