Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Brand Ambassador to join the Titan Builders team. This role is commission-based and performance-driven, meaning you will have unlimited earning potential based on the success of your efforts. As a Brand Ambassador, you will act as authorized representative of Titan Builders, engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and educating them on our products and services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, passionate about home improvement, and excels at building rapport and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Promote and sell Titan Builders' impact windows, doors, and roofing to potential customers through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Customer Education: Educate homeowners about the benefits of impact-resistant products, including safety, storm protection, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
- Brand Representation: Represent Titan Builders in a professional and positive manner, ensuring the brand is consistently presented in a trustworthy and reliable light.
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential leads through community engagement, online research, and personal connections.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Compensation:
This is a pay-for-performance role, where your income is directly tied to the sales you generate. Competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential based on performance. For example, an average residential project is $30k. You earn $500 per closed deal, plus 2% of contract value. 1 deal per week, that’s $52,800 annually. That’s on the low end and extremely reasonable to earn.
