Business Development / Director Level Opportunity
As a Business Development Director, you’ll be part of an exciting opportunity to tap into a diverse and growing pipeline of prospects. We generate leads through our extensive network of trusted referral partners, including bankers, accountants, brokers, and other lenders. In addition to these valuable connections, you will have access to a steady flow of opportunities driven by our strong organic SEO, PPC campaigns, and direct lead acquisition efforts.

Your success will be driven by consistent follow-through, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of our offerings.
As a key player in a middle-market working capital provider specializing in factoring, you’ll engage directly with business owners and C-level executives to address their working capital needs. The sales process is swift, with typical closings happening within 1-3 working days and initial funding occurring 5-7 days later.
This is not a high-pressure MCA boiler-room environment; instead, it’s a dynamic, rewarding opportunity where you’ll have the chance to build meaningful business relationships and make a significant impact.
Position Overview
- Full-Time Position (located in Downtown Delray Beach)
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- CRM experience and usage (HubSpot/Salesforce) is a plus
- Starting Salary: $75,000 to $80,000, based on proven B2B sales experience (this is not a draw). With demonstrated skills and traits, you could expect to earn between $95,000 and $120,000 in your first year. There is no upper limit on compensation as you build your portfolio.

- Commission paid monthly in arrears

- Proven B2B consultative sales experience
- Strong executive phone presence
- Sales maturity and demonstrable experience with the ability to engage with key C-level decision-makers
- Performance expectation: At least 30 new deals per year
