Position:
Inside Sales Appointment Setting Supervisor Career opening for a Motivated, Organized and Talented Telephone Professional. The Supervisor candidate MUST have appointment setting supervisor or team lead experience and be comfortable cold-calling setting appointments,, doing T/O's, training, and most of all MOTIVATING!
Required Skills:
Strong Effective telephone cold calling appointment setting skills
Exceptional Communication Skills
Sales training and comfortable and experienced with T/O's
Strong knowledge and comfort of computer fundamentals including Microsoft Office and Excel
Comfortable with CRM's
Bi-lingual a MUST
Exceptional consultative skills, ability to articulate, inspire, project confidence, overcome objections
Experience:
3+ years of outbound cold calling supervisor or team lead experience
Must have proven track record directly managing 3-5 reps
Effective and comfortable mentoring and training reps
A proven track record in an outbound, lead generation sales environment a MUST
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Help reps set appointments-T/O's are a MUST!
Conduct weekly sales meetings
Train new reps
