We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Representative to help grow our customer base. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our solution, and closing deals with business owners and HR decision makers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales and wants to be part of a fast moving startup with a clear value proposition.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Deliver compelling product demos and clearly articulate the benefits of GoPayroll.AI
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide feedback on lead quality and buyer objections
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to continuously improve the sales funnel and messaging
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
Requirements:
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, fintech, or HR/payroll tech a plus)
Self-starter with a hunter mindset and proven ability to close deals
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo) is a bonus
Experience selling to small business owners or operations/HR managers is preferred
