Atlantic Interiors, LLC (operating as HomeStory Doors of Palm Beach) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to represent a leading interior door company known for precision, professionalism, and one-day installations.
Position Details:
Compensation: Commission-based (10% of gross sales, paid upon contract execution and deposit received)
Fuel Reimbursement: Provided at the current 2025 IRS Standard Mileage Rate When Personal Vehicle is Used
Location: South Florida – Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties
Schedule: Monday Thru Friday - Hours are adjustable and weekend work will be very likely given the in home aspect of this position
Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Commission-Based
Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, Home Depot partnerships, trade shows, and referrals
Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to present interior door products and services
Measure opportunities, prepare estimates, and close sales contracts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors
Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales (home improvement, construction, or interior design sales experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation to client appointments
Professional appearance and demeanor
