Customer Service & Production Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated team member to assist with customer service and help oversee production in our print shop.
This is an in-office position in the Kendall - Tamiami Airport area
Position Details:
On-site position (Monday to Friday)
Approximate hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Around 30-35 hours per week
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required for effective communication with customers
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus (resizing artwork, modifying text, moving items, cropping, saving files, etc.)
- Answer phone calls and respond to client emails
- Greet walk-in customers and gather information to create quotes
- Track the progress of orders and organize production timelines
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and pay attention to detail
- Organized and able to multitask
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the company as needed to ensure all clients are served and orders are processed
